She said in an interview with H3 Podcast that she was taken care of by her grandmother until when she reached the age of three. Kenneth Taylor, an American ex-pat, and his wife Eden adopted her. The Poarchs explained that over the following 10 years, she would spend a lot of days working on the family farm and doing chores. Poarch is the elder of two older sisters who were adopted as well as an older brother Bryner. Her family moved to Texas, United States when she was thirteen years old. The two siblings remained back in the Phillipines. Later Poarch served in the United States Navy and was stationed in Japan for a few years. Bella said she was abused by her father towards her brother and she and she was not able to make any friends at school. Poarch has been active on TikTok since April 2020. The site became popular due to her lip syncs. Most notably, it was the clip she uploaded where she was lip syncing Soph Aspin by Millie B. This video has become TikTok's most popular video. Following her TikTok popularity, she created both a YouTube and Twitter page. Poarch is also well-known for her alpaca toy animal Paca. In 2020, she launched her own clothing line, RIPNDIP x Paca.
